Reduce microplastic pollution and protect the environment and health
According to recent studies, microplastics have widely polluted the ocean, soil and food chain, most of which come from single-use plastic products such as packaging and tableware, causing long-term concerns to marine ecology and human health.
The plant fiber composite materials we have developed do not contain plastic components throughout the process, and can be naturally decomposed into water, carbon dioxide, organic and inorganic substances through microorganisms, leaving no microplastic residues, non-toxic, and no heavy metal pollution, truly achieving harmless treatment and eco-friendliness.
Petroleum refining and plastic manufacturing processes release large amounts of greenhouse gases, which are one of the main causes of global warming and climate anomalies. We use agricultural surplus materials from Taiwan, such as tea stem powder, rice husk powder, lemon peel powder, etc., combined with natural resins to make high-performance plant fiber composites.
This not only reduces dependence on oil and fossil fuels, but also significantly reduces the environmental impact caused by carbon footprint and plastic waste, and is a concrete action to combat the climate crisis.
Traditional plastics have become a stubborn disease of global environmental pollution due to their complex types, difficult recycling, and high costs. Our all-plant fiber materials can decompose 100% naturally, eliminating the need for manual recycling processes, effectively reducing the burden of waste disposal and ensuring environmental safety, making it a truly “return to nature” solution.
We will transform by-products that were originally considered as agricultural waste into high-value-added renewable resources, implement the recycling of agricultural resources, reduce the development of virgin materials and resource waste, and build an environmentally friendly industrial chain that takes from and returns to nature, and create material solutions that comply with the circular economy.
We continue to invest in material research and development (R&D) to actively develop plant fiber materials that can be applied to various molding technologies such as injection, extrusion, and blowing, and expand their alternative applications in daily necessities, packaging, catering, agriculture and other traditional plastic products.
Through these efforts, we not only provide concrete solutions for enterprises to practice sustainable development, but also provide an innovative path for society as a whole to move towards an environmentally friendly future and reduce plastic.
Our tea fiber straws contain no petrochemicals. After use, they naturally decompose into water, carbon dioxide, and organic matter, preventing microplastics from lingering in the environment and human bodies.
Our raw materials come from natural plant resources, lowering the carbon footprint of oil extraction and processing. It’s a practical tool for businesses to achieve net-zero goals.
No need for traditional recycling systems or energy-intensive processing equipment. Tea fiber straws decompose quickly in natural environments, reducing burdens on labor and backend systems.
